I've been behind the mic for The Point since January 2008. I get to spin the songs I grew up loving in the 80s and early 90s – how cool is that?! I first got my start in broadcasting while in high school and I've been hooked ever since. The experience has brought me to markets in Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville and now Jacksonville, plus I've been heard nationally on ABC, FOX and CNN.

So, here's the E! True Hollywood Story on Denise – I'm a born and bred Florida girl and a University of Florida graduate (GO GATORS!!!) My family is from Barbados – a country that loves its food, its music and its beaches. In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and going on road trips. When it comes to music, I'm always buying CDs, I like to check out local bands and major acts in concert. I enjoy volunteer work with kids, writing chick-lit, going to the movies, seeing art exhibits and plays, and relaxing on the beach.
